PCM układ zabezpieczenia dla akumulatora Li-Ion 3,6V / 2,5A (1 cell)

Układ zabezpieczający ogniwa przed przeładowaniem, nadmiernym rozładowaniem i zwarciem. Dedykowany dla pakietu akumulatorów litowo-jonowych (Li-Ion) dla 1 ogniwa. Do podłączenia termistora NTC100kOhm, służy wyjście oznaczone na układzie "TH".

  • zabezpieczenie przed przeładowaniem pojedynczego ogniwa: 4,325V ±0,025V
  • zabezpieczenie przed rozładowaniem poniżej: 2,4V ± 0,1V
  • maksymalny prąd ciągły ładowania i rozładowywania: 2,5A
  • zabezpieczenie nadprądowe: 4A±0,5A
  • pobór prądu układu kontrolującego: max. 10µA
  • zabezpieczenie przed zwarciem
