XTAR VC4 charger for Li-ION and Ni-MH/Ni-CD cells

VC4 is a high-end four-channel charger for lithium-ion (Li-ION) and nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) and nickel-cadmium (Ni-CD) cells. The designers of the VC4 focused on modernity while maintaining the full functionality of the charger. The large LCD screen shows the voltage, charging current and capacity that has been delivered to the cell.

• The charger can charge sizes 10440/ 14500/ 14650/ 16340/ 17335/ 17500/ 17670/ 18350/ 18490/ 18500/ 18650/ 18700/ 20700/ 21700/ 22650/ 25500/ 32650 with a voltage rating of 3.6V/3.7V - in Li-ION technology and sizes AAAA/ AAA/ AA/ A/ SC/ C/ D for 1.2V Ni-MH/Ni-CD cells.
• The charger cannot charge protected Li-ION batteries in sizes: 20700 and 21700.
• With TC/CC/CV charging algorithm and real-time detection, the charger is an intelligent and safe device.
• Compatible with cells, industrial (so-called without high plus), low capacity and IMR, INR, ICR batteries.
• Each channel is independent, individually recognizes technologies, so Li-ION, Ni-MH and Ni-CD cells can be charged at the same time.
• Two charging currents, 0.5A and 1.0A, depending on the number of cells to be charged.
• Features protection against damage due to improper battery insertion and against short circuit.
• Soft start charging technology ensures longer cell life.
• It automatically terminates charging and resumes charging when the voltage drops.
