XTAR 10440-1.5V rechargeable battery with protection against discharge, overcharge, overload and short circuit. The battery is made with lithium-ion technology. It provides higher energy density which ideally combines the best features of alkaline batteries and Ni-MH batteries. It has a higher voltage rating - 1.5V (Ni-MH has only 1.2V) therefore it is compatible with electronic devices, using the size AAA/ R03.Great for devices requiring high power, toys, remote controls, audio players, electronic toothbrushes, or wireless microphones.The cell has a "high plus" so it better adheres to the contacts of the device. The battery voltage during operation remains constant at 1.5V and the maximum load current is as high as 1.6A. It has a built-in voltage monitoring system, which, thanks to the LED indicator , reminds you when it is necessary to recharge and the built-in PCM circuit protects against discharging, overcharging, overloading and short circuit.

If you try to charge the battery in another charger, the device will not work, although the cell will not be damaged.
